Reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with the hotel. Please identify yourself as attending the National Research Council, NRC-FPTT (Federal Partners in Technology Transfer) conference to ensure you receive the preferred guestroom rate. Reservations can be made directly by calling the hotel at 1-902-421-1000, toll free at 1-877-993-7846, by fax at 1-902-425-2717, or e-mail to reservations@westin.ns.ca.

All reservations must be accompanied by a one night's room and tax deposit, in the form of a cheque, money order, guaranteed by a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless they have been guaranteed by one of these methods.

Cancellation Policy for Guestroom Reservations is 4:00pm on the guests' date of arrival. The penalty for not canceling before this time is a charge of first night's room and tax charged to the form of payment that the reservation is guaranteed to.
